DECENTRALIZED 2017, which took place in Europe from the 2nd to 3rd of November 2017 was very successful. It was the first major conference in Europe that was organized by the University of Nicosia to focus on the political and business implications of blockchain technology across different industries in the world. The conference brought together academic experts and executives who discussed the trends in the blockchain technology of today and the future. Decentralized 2018 is a World-class summit which is focusing on exchanging knowledge and ideas on business and political implications. It helps them to understand the interaction between digital currency, the current financial and monetary services and the opportunities that exist for the innovation in the systems of digital currency.
