I think many in this anarko-crypto based community of Steemit will be aware of " Big " governments newly declared war on cash and the use by them of its supposed relation to criminal activities, money laundering and terrorism.
Maybe indeed a reason for many of us having left " fiat " currency denominations like the Dollar and Euro in favour of the more " difficult " to trace and slightly more "anonymous " world of crypto currency !
But this already bad news just got a lot worse, as they have enlarged the scope of this law designed to combat " terrorism " in their less stated war against " free " individuals and their right to own property ! As they have just ammended this already disgusting and for me clearly unconstitutional law " Civil Forfeiture Senate Bill 1241 " to include all funds being carried over the border whetehr cash of crypto ! Of course this law, for now applies only to Americans but surely as ever with these draconian tyrannical laws it will creep from there to here and take hold in the rest of the world , just a matter time as ever with these things ?
The Civil Forfeiture Law allows all non declared sums of money over 10, 000 dollars whether it be crypto or cash to be "legally " seized by IRS, DHS and TSA officers when a citezen crosses the national border !
How do they plan on doing this I hear you all say, all my stuff is not visible to them when i go throught the airport ? Well they have already stated that all Electonic devices showing crypto activity and ownership will be targeted. That is to say your computers with password holding programs like " keypass " and the like will be proof enough for them that you have the intent to non declare holdings ! Crypto Bitcoin debit cards such as " Wirex " will also be reason for your funds if over 10 ,000 Dollars to be in the eyes of the law illegal and automatically confiscable in totality. Mobile telephones will be subject to searches too as you bord and disembark your flight or cross borders with your car ! They have even said they will search magazines and books in your luggage to look for passwords or wallet addresses which could have been written somewhere on a page by you !! So you see there are many ways by which this Law might find you !
So you see they are quite quickly tightening the noose around the neck of your personal enrichment and what was once safe will no longer be ! As in these days of out of control criminal government. Owning just about anything will make you a criminal in their eyes and it willl be henceforth subject to confiscation and you might even find yourself doing prison time as a criminal for non declaration of the said funds ! As this law if and when applied to you could see you in Jail for up to a period of 10 years, yes you heard me right, 10 years in jail !!

All this is bluff and bluster from the criminal corrupt war-monger pedophile infested fiat money cabal posing as our government. And realistically, does anybody think they can just keep propping the whole thing up with incredible amounts of totally unbacked money? Plus the actual real world shit that is closing in on all of us as we scramble for diminishing resources, with a constantly expanding human race putting more and more pressure on the whole thing.
And lurking behind it all is the wikileaks stuff. The confiscated emails and laptop PCs, and the depravity they hint at is not going away, as even the number three at the Vatican is under criminal investigation, along with the virtually unreported arrests of thousand of people in these rings all over the world since late last year.
All this is to say, these criminals passing criminal laws, may not have a gov. before too long. What happens when your security says piss-off we don't like you? Just ask Nicolae and Elena Ceaușescu. What happens when the EU banking crisis comes home? Banco Popular in Spain was sold a few weeks ago for the grand sum of one Euro because no one wanted to bid on the toxic derivatives debt they hold. US banking can only stay insulated for so long. Do we think a Congress in disarray will approve a 100 trillion dollar bailout? With the derivatives bomb baked into the cake, that's what it will probably take. And some states like Illinois are just shy of being totally insolvent and non-functional. A hundred years of fiat money is about to unwind, and hopefully the death of the bloody US dollar.
What an awesome summary of the present situation ! All that you point our so clearly is true and in the room !The house of Cards is about to fall yes, onto the people below, namely us and our children !
I certainly hope once the dust settles from that which is coming that the perpertrators of this shitstorm will be held accountable for their unending criminality, greed and suffering they brought down upon the small people that asked only to worlk and build a future !
