The federal reserve note is going away, we are going back to constitutional money, ie, 371.25 grains of pure silver per dollar.
When that happens, they can't put out change with silver in it, they just use the change we already have.
This insures the melt price is lower than the face value to prevent coin salvagers.

Would rather have free energy out and obsolete that tool. As long as We are accounting for the energy We add into a system, the psychopaths will find a way to get the most and pay for Their agendas. And We will continue to see poverty on Our vastly abundant planet.
Besides, the moneyed psychopaths in control on Our planet (by virtue of money) have most of the precious metals - including silver.
Until we rid ourselves of those that will kill to stay in power, all we can expect is more of the same, imo.
Evil will not be going away, it has to be existent in order to give meaning to good.
It can be solved for in a proper environment where it's not in control.
Generally, one would have to lock them up as you encounter them.

Dear One, the only thing They have to stay in power in money. Do They personally go about killing? No. They pay Their bullies to do it.
They are, at most, 1% of Us. And 1% is not enough to control anything without money.
And when do We encounter Them? They pay money to have protection and insulation from the "masses." We never get close. We may be able to kill some of Their actors on the stage - the Trumps and the Macrons and the rest We see. But the Ones who write the scripts, cast the actors, and direct from the wings? The hidden hand? Never.
We rarely if ever even hear about Them. And it is Them who are the quadrillionaires - way richer than anyOne on the stage.
Clearly, when We obsolete the practice of accounting for Our energy added into a system They will have no more power than You or Me. They could not pay bullies, the protectors, the actors on the stage.
And no One will control Humanity, and Ethics will prevail.
Also... I do not see "evil" and "good." I see unEthical ("evil") and Ethical (neutral) with "good" being the upholding of the Betterment Ethic.

There are "evil" (unEthical) Ones with no money, and They are mere petty criminals. Without a tool that can buy things and People to agendas, all the 1% of Us who are psychopaths would have to do all Their dirty work Themselves. And They will be petty criminals.
As long as money is in the mix, promoting psychopaths to the top as it does, We will be beset.
And yes, if anyOne chooses unEthical behavior, We deliver Ethical consequences, including taking Them out of social circulation (locking Them up).
