The Hamas attack was impossible without the direct assistance of Israel, who closely controls what enters and can be used by Hamas, and everyone else in Gaza, to do anything. If Hamas had lots of rockets, Israel enabled them to have them. If Hamas had paragliders, Israel supplied them, or facilitated that supply.
Israel has a long and horrific track record of committing false flag attacks, starting before the state of Israel even existed, for example the bombing of the King David Hotel by Rahm Emmanuel's father, a Zionist terrorist.
