I just quickly went through my following list to see who I could recommend, but I really don’t support any sub 50 SP accounts myself anymore. Something I need to change.

It really hit me when I was experimenting with a dust account of mine, interacting with @meno. I flat-lined on RC's pretty quickly.
With all the bitching and aggressive diaper-filling lately, I wanted to be among the few that actually DID something about the situation. Mid to long term, I don't think RC's are an illuminati plot to crush small users. Things will work out.
Glad you're thinking about doing the same, a little bit of SP can really help boost RCs! :D
