Teeth 35, 36 and 37 have gone through same protocol:
Removal of the previous endo treatment.
Cleaning and disinfection - (NaOCl 2%, H2O2 3%) of canals up to 35.04. Leaving teeth open for 7 days.
Cleaning and disinfection (NaOCl 2%, H2O2 3%) of canals up to 45.04.
Calcipaste - Calcium hydroxide paste for 3weeks.
Cleaning and disinfection (NaOCl 2%, H2O2 3%, alcohol 70%) of canals up to 55.04.
Lateral condensation of gutta-percha points with MTA Bioseal as paste.
Glass ionomer for temporary Seal for 7 days.
Metal posts and Metal-ceramic crown.
I think that teeth 47 and 37 had to be extracted. I did not touch teeth 17, and 27 and yet they are without symptoms, but fillings fell out and were replaced without re-treatment.
