OPG 2026

Greetings, I would like to share my thoughts and cases I have come across. I will leave them here on the blockchain. Who knows, maybe they will be useful to someone someday. Best regards, Predrag.

Facts:

  1. OPG was recorded in 2026.

  2. Upper jaw therapy was done in 2021. (Patient says)

  3. Lower jaw therapy was done before 2021. (Patient cannot remember when)

  4. The main complaint is the upper bridge falling out.

  5. The lower impacted tucked-in canine snoozes peacefully.

Thoughts:

  1. When should I suggest extraction of impacted teeth and when should I follow up?

  2. Why did the cementing of the upper bridge fail? After five years, is the result good? Clean and cement again? Check occlusion and correct where needed? Quick fix, no problems?

  3. How can those "minis" in the lower jaw last longer and without problems?

Hi Predrag — I like that you’re using your first Hive post to leave real clinical cases “on the blockchain” for future reference, especially the questions about the failed upper bridge and the impacted lower canine. If you’re planning to share more dentistry cases like this, HiveStats can be useful for tracking how your account grows, and @leo.voter can help support quality posts in the health/niche content space. What kind of case do you think you’ll write about next — another implant/bridge situation or something from everyday practice?
