It is shocking indeed huh? hahaha. But I intentionally made it that way so as to picture or portray how depression for me really feels.
I think it's because I am also a victim of depression itself. I know how it feels and how tiring and suffocating it is to be in this kind of state for years. So I can connect and understand youths who have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I understand their pain very well. :)
