Derma Solutions - What do we do and little bit about the new Jum Diet

Hi, it's Scott here from Derma Solutions the Psoriasis and Eczema Specialists.

Thank you to everyone that left messages for me on my last post. I'm totally new to Steemit and I can't even tell you how exciting it is to be here with all you!! I'm still learning my way around the site and am learning some pretty exciting stuff all the time. 

A little about myself: I'm the owner of Derma Solutions, a chef by trade, the author of The Jum Diet and the Derma Solutions Three Step Programme to clear healthy skin. I have a diploma in Nutrition and advanced cosmetic formulation. 

Derma Solutions specialise in Psoriasis and Eczema and I take a holistic natural approach to helping people with these problems. The three-step programme I developed not only tackles these diseases from the outside (with the xbalm, my signature skin balm) but also from the inside with a new type of diet I designed called The Jum Diet. 

The Jum Diet consists of a mixture of Juicing and Meals (Ju+m). It starts off with a week long juice detox/fast. The results are astonishing: younger looking skin, clearer mental clarity and healthy weight management, these are just some of the great benefits you will get by following this diet.

Anyone can follow this delicious diet but it is excellent if you have either psoriasis or eczema. The aim is to get psoriasis and eczema under control with these meal plans. The Jum Diet is brand new and hasn't even been released to the public yet, although I've had over 50 people following it and as a psoriasis suffer myself I've been following it for the last year. My symptoms are totally under control and I don't even take medication and I have pretty much the same results with the people that have been doing it with me. It's really helping my fellow sufferers which I am so happy about.

The Jum Diet goes for one year so I'll will post new weekly meal plans right here on Steemit for anyone who wants to follow it. The recipes are easy to make (No one will need a michelin star to be able to recreate these dishes;), with few ingredients and all of them are based on solid nutritional foundations. 

In between these posts I'll be posting articles I've written on eczema and psoriasis and also some healthy tips to manage your symptoms.
