There has been an amazing thing going on behind the curtains in EXODE.
As you all know, I have been recruiting artists, and especially looking for HIVE artists.
Ignacio ( @nachofigx ) appeared on our discord two weeks ago and wanted to work on an EXODE arts. He was making fan arts. We encourage, of course, such creativity!
We exchanged every day
So the work began.
I did not know what to expect at that moment, as he only worked on some fan arts before.
Ignacio managed to work on his own all day and checked with me everytime with his results.
I loved how involved he was.
Step by step I saw his work taking shape.
Then he completed his first ship.
And then another one.
And then another one!
Then I saw him working 8 times faster. I saw him transforming!
Beating the lockdown crisis with creativity
Yes, that's exactly the point here.
You know I put all energy into EXODE.
Ignacio actually did the same thing.
He started as fan artist.
He never asked for anything.
Seeing his work, EXODE stepped up and paid him for every art he made for us.
He evolved into a full, paid professional artist.
And all of it is from his own efforts.
EXODE is proud to have him in the team.
For everyone in lockdown, I understand the hardships.
So many of us lost all revenue as soon as it began.
If you have a talent, something you want to develop, Ignacio is a good example of making it 'work'.
