Origami

in #design7 years ago

Origami was first used by Facebook as a tool for creating mobile apps prototypes. It allows you to make a front-end preview, so that developing is faster. Almost everybody can use Origami because it’s easy to use and really intuitive, if you can do a drag & drop, then you can use it.
The user interface is similar to “visual programming”, an old concept where you connect boxes with arrows and the whole programming is behind these boxes. And due to its easiness it’s kind of limited to use, because it’s impossible to modify or create new objects.
Actually Origami Studio (real name) its only available for MAC, so Windows and Linux users have to wait a bit more.
