Realistische Zeiteinteilung ist der letzte Produktivitätshack für diese Woche. Dieser Tipp ist vor allem für Studenten und Schüler relevant. Wer gutes erreichen möchte, muss auch viel leisten. Dazu ist es hilfreich, sich im Vorhinein den Stoff gut einzuteilen und zu strukturieren.
Ein bisschen spielt dieser Tipp auch mit dem ersten Tipp: "Plane alles im Voraus" an. Hier schließt sich somit wieder der Kreis. Plane dir genug Zeit ein, um deine Arbeit zu erledigen. Unrealistische Zeiteinteilung bringt nichts und setzt einen nur unnötig unter Stress, was sich negativ auf die Produktivität auswirken kann. Wie hat euch diese 7-Tage Serie gefallen?
