Warp mit Rührei und Schinken

Zutaten

• 1 Stück Warp
• 2 Eier
• Scheibe gekochter Schinken
• 2 Esslöffel Frischkäse
• 1/2 Teelöffel Tomatenmark
• etwas Butter
• Salz und Pfeffer

Zubereitung

• Warp anfeuchten und im Backofen oder Pfanne anwärmen
• die Eier aufschlagen und in einer Pfanne mit Butter, wie einen Pfannkuchen braten
• dabei mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen
• den Frischkäse mit dem Tomatenmark vermischen und den warmen Warp damit bestreichen
• den gekochten Schinken auf den tomatierten Frischkäse legen und dann den " Rührei Pfannkuchen "
  auf den Schinken geben
• den warp mit den Zutaten einrollen und dann servieren
