Today I sold all of my DCity NFTs for a total of 1029 HIVE, which is approximately 250 USD at moment. I didn't plan to sell it, but @liuke96player asked in the trading channel whether someone wants to sell an entire city and I thought "Why not?". Liuke96player payed first and it was a fair price, the deal was very smooth. If you want to make some business with liuke96player I can only recommend it :D.
This is how my city currently looks. Now it's time for rebuilding it. The last time I build my city just by buying cards and holding them mainly, I didn't bother too much about optimizing, that's something I will change this time.
Generation one cards are still on sale, so I'll buy a mix of both gens as a start and then will be buying specific cards to achieve the best city.
I took some nice profits with this sell, so I hope I can repeat that somewhen in the future.

Ich hatte eigentlich nicht vor die Stadt zu verkaufen, jedoch war @liuke96player auf der Suche nach einer ganzen Stadt und ich habe die Gelegenheit genutzt. Liuke96player hat zuerst gezahlt und mir vertraut, eine sehr nette Geste. Ich kann euch nur empfehlen mit @liuke96player Business zu betreiben, er hat einen fairen Preis gezahlt und die ganzen Transaktion liefen reibungslos ab.
So sieht meine Stadt im Moment aus. Ungewöhlich sie komplett leer zu sehen. Beim letzten Aufbau der Stadt habe ich nicht so genau auf Optimierung geachtet, ich habe einfach Karten gekauft und die zum größten Teil gehalten. Dieses Mal werde ich versuchen das Beste rauszuholen, mal schauen wie das klappt.
Karten der ersten Generation sind zum Glück noch verfügbar, ich werde also mit einem Mix aus beiden Generationen beginnen.
Mit dem Verkauf habe ich einen ganz guten Profit gemacht und hoffe dass das zukünftig nochmal klappt.

That's a good question. I can say for sure that I put in 200 HIVE into it and I invested STEEM before, probably around 100. Additionally I put some smaller invests from time to time, but I also pulled out HIVE. All in one I'd say I invested 400 HIVE at max.
That is awesome. I love seeing the potential of Hive expanding in all its forms.
A 400 HIVE investment paying out 1,000 HIVE is awesome. A 600 HIVE profit off 400 is a nice return.
Opportunities like this keep expanding.
