Another question: Is there a way to know who is on your blacklist? And... when someone is on the blacklist, I suppose he can't receive coins... but can he still use the CC tag in his/her posts?

We posted the blacklist to you yesterday and for the beginning we will make it available and check it manually. Later you can see on an extra frontend what's going on around and in the CC project. But until then we will need a while. We've already got some growth for them.
Whether the CC can be used by someone on the blacklist is a question I can't answer without krystall, but I'll find out.
