Die sehen sehr gut und lecker aus. Ich nehme mal an, dass die mit normalem Weizenmehl gemacht wurden oder? Ich muss gestehen, die besten Waffeln, so komisch es klingt, hab ich bisher mit glutenfreiem Mehl gegessen. Die sind dann von der Konsistenz etwas anders. Aber solange es allen gemundet hat, scheint das Ergebnis ja mehr als zu passen.
@undo2018 ja genau habe sie mit normalen Mehl gemacht und sie waren super saftig... Wenn ich ehrlich bin hatte ich noch nie mit glutenfreien freien Mehl gebacken, aber würde es mal gerne ausprobieren. Wäre es denn auch 1:1? Also die gleichen Mengenangaben?
