Retaliating with flags will do you more harm than them. I do work with SFR, but as your post has shown the pointlessness of buying votes I won't flag it.
Do you think Steem has a future you want to be part of? The intention is not to drive you away, just discourage antisocial behaviour. Nobody has to buy votes and you can be better off making friends who will support you.
