Send Steem Power internally to other Power Wallet
At the moment Steem Power is in a wallet, from which you can pay out about 1% weekly. This is to prevent the total sale of Steem. However, they are in this wallet dead capital.
In order to give the Steem Power another value (useful value), Steemit should also be able to send Steem Power. However, only from one Steem Power Wallet to another and not to external wallets.
This option would make Steem Power more useful. Now everyone has to decide whether he wants to set his credit balance in Steem Power without any utility value, or whether he would rather have Steem Dollar, which is usually sold then.
With the possibility to ship Steem Power to other Power Wallets, one would not promote the sale further. However, you have the possibility Services of other Steemer with Steem Power to pay. With luck, the first internal market would develop. Sure, however, the Steempower would then have a further useful value, which would also sure have no bad effect on the value of Steem and thus also Steem Power.

Eine einfache Idee um den Wert der Steem und den Nutzwert von Steem Power zu erhöhen. Steem Power in ein anderes Power Wallet versenden.
Momentan sind Steem Power in einer Wallet, aus der man sich wöchentlich ca. 1% auszahlen lassen kann. Dies soll dem totalen Abverkauf von Steem vorbeugen. Jedoch sind sie in dieser Wallet totes Kapital.
Um den Steem Power einen weiteren Wert ( Nutzwert ) zu geben, sollte Steemit die Möglichkeit einräumen auch Steem Power versenden zu können. Jedoch nur von einem Steem Power Wallet zum anderen und nicht an externe Wallets.
Durch diese Möglichkeit hätte Steem Power einen höheren Nutzwert. Jetzt muss sich jeder entscheiden ob er sein Guthaben in Steem Power ohne jeden Nutzwert festlegen will, oder ob er lieber Steem Dollar haben möchte, welche meistens dann verkauft werden.
Mit der Möglichkeit Steem Power in andere Power Wallets versenden zu können, würde man den Verkauf nicht weiter fördern. Jedoch hätte jeder Steemer die Möglichkeit eventl. Leistungen anderer Steemer mit Steem Power zu bezahlen. Mit etwas Glück würde sich hieraus auch der erste interne Markt entwickeln. Sicher ist jedoch das die Steempower dann einen weiteren Nutzwert hätten, der sich auch auf den Wert von Steem und somit auch Steem Power mit Sicherheit nicht negativ auswirken würde.

Du kannst so Steem in ein fremdes Steem Power Wallet senden, aber nicht einen Teil Deiner Steem Power zu jemand anderen.
Ja stimmt, du meinst Steem Power direkt verschicken, hab ich falsch verstanden... Gute Idee auf jeden Fall, fördert halt nur bestimmt den Verkauf.
This is a good idea. However you are working against the idea of SP to be an asset that is not liquid. If you can sent it you can also sell it. Now this might be what you are trying to accomplish but we must notice that it is against the original idea of the vehicle.
If Steam Power can only be shipped internally from one Power Wallet to another Power Wallet, it is not against the idea of Steemit.
I like the idea. Whales would be able to distribute SP to users they trust making them mini whales. the SP would stay in accounts so I don't see any harm.
I would just see some potential to cheat the system if bot accounts started sending sp to other accounts which are than cashed out
How would you prevent exchanges from getting an own Power Wallet?
Being able to transfer Vests would render Steem completely useless.
What do you mean "not external wallets?" If they made this change, @poloniex and @bittrex (which are steem accounts just like yours and mine) would immediately enable Steem Power deposits and set up trading for them. I'd be able to send my Steem Power to poloniex and trade it just like I can currently trade my Steem or SBD. Steem Power would have a different price than regular Steem, but it would be traded.
You have to keep in mind that the blockchain can't tell the difference between a "regular" wallet and an exchange wallet.
