KeepSats on Hive
This is the stepping stone to @vsc.network wrapped sats on Hive.
Here's the situation: I've made the most significant changes to the back end of V4V that I've ever made since its original deployment.
- You can send sats to any Hive account.
- You can deposit Hive and HBD as KeepSats (this needs a Hive signature from Keychain).
- Then send those sats to pay any Lightning invoice with a tap, not needing Keychain.
Less Need for Hive Transactions
At present every action that affected a balance had to be made with a Hive transfer. Now that I'm happy my log in system and authentication system works, once you've logged in ONCE with your Hive Keys, future KeepSats transactions like sending sats to another Hive account or paying a Lightning Invoice, can be done just via the website.
Passkeys
And, as I'll explain in a video before this goes live, you can add a Passkey to your account. That makes it really easy to log in on a desktop, add a PassKey (shared with your phone) and then log in again on your phone.
Together this makes @v4vapp a fully featured Lightning wallet.
Behind the Scenes
I've made changes to the front end and public API server too.
I've run all the automated tests and written new ones.
But still it's nerve wracking to hit deploy. Very soon.

It’s possible to withdraw from fountain app to lightning right?
Fountain needs to extend their method of withdrawing sats, at present they only use a system which I can't easily support.
I'll ask them again to support Lightning Addresses which would work.
