One can create ones token on the HIVE blockchain via:

https://hive-engine.com/

You can create your own token through this website by clicking the "CREATE" button at the top of the Tokens page. You will then be prompted to fill in all of the required information about your token and pay the specified fee in BEE. Please keep in mind that, other than the token URL, none of the information can be changed once your token has been created, so please make sure you have thoroughly thought through everything before submitting
