9 morning habits in 1 minute, which will make you happier and healthier

Morning is a strategically important time to lay the foundation for a happy and effective day. And every day the whole life develops. Therefore, I assert boldly that the quality of the morning depends on the quality of life!

Pouring (contrast shower)
It perfectly hardens and invigorates! But to cold water you need to get used gradually: start to pour your feet (on the ankle, then knee and on).

Plank (or vacuum)
Perfect and effective exercises for a flat belly. Minutes are enough daily to tighten the body and strengthen the abdominal muscles.

If desired, you can add another exercise "vacuum" (Googling): the point is to pull the belly out while exhaling, thereby strengthening the internal muscles. It also takes no more than a minute. The main thing is technology!

Activity
Be sure to take the time to wake the body: you can stretch, jump, dance, crouch in the mirror. Do some kind of activity!

For especially advanced: morning jog or walk in the fresh air. At the same time you can listen to audio books, pray and think about something that is always lacking in time.

2 cups of water
To properly start the body after waking up, you need to drink TWO glasses of water for half an hour. The first one - a very warm (not boiled) water, this will "wash away" of you all the harmfulness accumulated overnight. Cold, raw water is retained in the stomach and absorbed by the cells, and our goal is to clean.

The second glass of plain water is already for the benefit. You can add to the water a lemon, scarlet, chlorophyll and any usefulness that you deem appropriate. These two glasses perfectly prepare your body for breakfast and a vibrant day.

Greens and any fruit
Take yourself for a habit at breakfast to eat any fruit and a bunch of greens. Your body will say "thank you" for an extra portion of vitamins.

Face and eye massage
Before applying any cosmetics, do exercises for the face and eyes. This will "wake up" your skin, pull it up and heal. The Internet has a mass of express exercises, which take no more than a minute.

For eyes, exercise also during the day, as in the age of computers, our eyes need additional reinforcement.

No - to social networks
Take for a rule not to watch immediately after waking up a social networking tape. It tightens and adjusts to a completely different wave - fuss, worries and information "garbage". Take time for yourself, your own people. You'll read the tape later.

Put "off" on the Internet and start the morning consciously and efficiently. It's a matter of a second, and how much good!

Do not chase after quantity, but for quality! Even one paragraph, read in a minute, but which you think about and apply to your life, will be more useful than the whole chapter.

Planning the day
Planning will help your brain tune into the load and distribute forces. So less energy will be spent, and you will clearly know what needs to be done, and you will not forget anything :)
