Sort of feel uncomfortable to show everything I watch and listen, like, people can judge me and label me for tracks and videos - each time I would think "what people will think" and "is that enough good?" It would be an uneasy feeling and I wouldn't be able to control it. Adding a song from YT manually - that would be cool.

We've included an anon feature! Your scrobbles get encrypted so only your private posting key can decrypt them. This is for our future plans where we intend to offer AI suggestion services so you can only share it with them, (currently not even us can see anon scrobbles). If you install the extension, it's only a few clicks away to encrypt it.
