So Joseph went to his father and was sent to see how his brothers were doing. When he arrived, his brothers were no longer where they were supposed to be. They seem to have wanted to avoid further surveillance and bad reports back to Israel.

Joseph met a man who tells him where his brothers had gone. He went to where they were and when the ten saw him coming, they plotted to kill their brother.

Jealousy is like a snake's poison. It creeps in where the feelings start, at the site of injection. Then the venom, jealousy, spreads to infect the whole person or even a group, as in the case of Joseph's brothers.

So he said to him, "Go now, see if it is well with your brothers and with the flock, and bring me word." So he sent him from the Valley of Hebron, and he came to Shechem. And a man found him wandering in the fields. And the man asked him, "What are you seeking?" "I am seeking my brothers," he said. "Tell me, please, where they are pasturing the flock." And the man said, "They have gone away, for I heard them say, 'Let us go to Dothan.'" So Joseph went after his brothers and found them at Dothan.

They saw him from afar, and before he came near to them they conspired against him to kill him.

    Hola.
    Me atrajo el título y vine a ver...
    Mi respeto hacia tu persona.
    Creo haber leído un pasaje de lo que en Venezuela conocemos como la biblia (cristiana) con su Antiguo Testamento —que es donde pertenece el libro de génesis según su constitución— y el Nuevo Testamento, que narra "la historia de Jesús" el Cristo y/o Mesías para los cristianos y las historias de las andanzas de los apóstoles en por el imperio romano y su evangelización.

    Pero observo que tu objetivo es enseñar hebreo, creo...

    Te deseo mucho éxito.
    Es bueno compartir conocimiento.
    Voy a hojear la biblia hebrea y el otro docuemento. Si está en español, procuraré sacarle provecho para conocer un poco mas.

    Gracias por el comentario. Me alegro tu interes en hebreo. Veo mucho que coincidan entre hebreo y español especificamente el verbo hacer en todas sus formas y los sonidos c-r-n de la palabra cuerno y esta parte de los animals en hebreo. Creo que todos los idiomas tienen algo en comun con hebreo desde el momento que Dios mesclaba las lenguas del mundo (torre de babel).

    I think in particular that God did not mix the languages, maybe the distances, the human ego and the time elapsed from Adam to the present, made us forget the origins of everything...
    But here we are brother, re-encountering each other in a space and time and looking for ways to communicate again... As in the beginning...

    Pienso en lo particular que Dios no mezcló las lenguas, quizá las distancias, el ego humano y el tiempo transcurrido desde Adán hasta el presente, nos hizo olvidar los orígenes de todo...
    Pero acá estamos hermano, re-encontrándonos en un espacio y tiempo y buscando maneras de comunicarnos otra vez... Como en el principio...
