He has been asked many times to (if not to me for potential conflict of interest), to then share the repo's with @blocktrades (or someone of equal 3rd party neutral high reputation user) to verify the right use of the subscription but declines to do so. He even said he'd dm BT but BT has confirmed to have not received any message.
He instead requested @guiltyparties but given how badly he's mismanaged Valueplan (imo) and given this user thousands upon thousands of HBD in the past, I didn't wanna accept him as a neutral 3rd party.
@blackheart1 did tell me that I should share my repo with blocktrades but my question is - Is sharing my repo important or the work that helps Hive grow?

I assumed blackheart and you were the same user, my bad. Guess the HBD were mostly a waste then.
blackheart has been a great mentor to me ever since the hackathon which he hosted. No idea about the HBD you are talking about though.
I would still request you to consider giving the subscription without having me to share my repo with anyone. But I can definitely show the results of the sub. It will really help me develop faster and create more in-game content. But I can understand if you can't.
Its a pretty reasonable rule, and your job is not to please everyone. I see why he is making a proposal. I opted to share some repos - but I still like the idea of "more" small proposals, more movement on DHF, so I think this is win-win even if the two parties don't agree.
