It is impossible to censor anything on the Hive blockchain. Downvotes do not erase the content from the chain.
If they were blacklisted by Hivewatchers, it was for the abuse, not some sort of opinions.

Making up your own definition of 'censor' doesn't support your case. Censorship isn't erasure, as I'm sure I've pointed out to you in the past, or you have had ample opportunity to verify yourself by simply looking up the accepted definition supplied by authoritative dictionaries.
Using your definition of 'censor' it is impossible to censor anything at all, anywhere. The No Hiding theorem of physics establishes that information cannot be lost to the universe, even by falling into a black hole. Since information cannot be lost to the universe, by your defintion of censorship it is simply a fallacious concept.
Since we're speaking English, please use the English definition of censorship, so that we can communicate using words that have the same meaning, and aren't just talking about different things using the same words.

HW has never dealt with censoring the content.
No writing can be made unavailable or prevented from being accessed.
Once someone writes something, it stays permanently the chain permanently and can be accessed with a relevant tool (which are many open-sourced to choose from).
No censorship is possible.
This exemplifies the truth that information cannot be lost or destroyed. That does not mean it hasn't been censored.
When the Freedom Convoy in Canada protested the oppression the Canadian government was imposing on their population, the government of Canada ordered banks to seize and close the bank accounts of certain of the participants coordinating that protest. That ended that protest. That is censorship. That is the same mechanism you apply - the seizure of the financial assets of speakers - instead of truckers honking you target bloggers posting. Instead of bank accounts you target post and comment rewards. Speakers deprived of financial assets are being censored.
Further, Canada has prosecuted certain individual participants in the Freedom Convoy protest and jailed them. This silenced them, because they could not speak from cells to their followers. When Hive users leave the platform because they cannot receive any rewards that silences them. That is why you don't just flag a post or comment that is offensive, but press your attack on your victims continually on every post and comment they make. Your purpose is censorship, and your tool is 100% taxation of all income bloggers receive on Hive.
Just because you don't drop people into black holes doesn't mean you don't silence them. The purpose of DV's, of centralizing stake on Hive, is to control the content and the financial assets of the platform. This is the role you fill and the reason you are paid by the substantial stakeholders that vote for your DHF proposal.
I do not expect to convince you to change your mind, and am not reasoning here with that purpose, but to create a record of the factual application of the true definition of censorship to you, and all that read our discussion, that will permanently reside on the chain. Your choice to act as you have and will continue to cannot be truthfully stated to have been because you were not informed your actions are censorship and are destroying the censorship resistance of the platform utterly, also dramatically reducing freedom of speech, and further contributing, if not being the primary cause (or a significant part of that primary cause) to the atrocious user retention Hive demonstrates. All the users that leave the platform state truly that they left because they were robbed (taxation is theft) and censored to anyone they can, because they are angry about it. That creates a terrible disincentive to the market for social media users, and dramatically reduces Hive's success.
Another aspect of the No Hiding theorem is that our persons are information, our memories and character will not disappear from the universe for any reason. The record of our actions is more permanent than if it were cast in stone, more permanent than the blockchain. It is, in fact, permanent, and will always be true for the duration of our persons, and we are also permanent. I believe that a day will come when you deeply lament censoring people that have sought to grow Hive into a platform that can counter the growing censorship and control that is being catastrophically deployed globally today.
Censorship kills. Free speech is an existential need people have, because it is people that shout 'fire!' in a crowded theater that is afire that alert people to the existential danger they are in of being trapped in a burning building, and the world today is comparable to a burning building in which we are all being rounded up and trapped into open air prisons in which we are surveilled by AI 24/7 and reduced to penury by overlords stealing everything they take from us.
This business you are engaged in isn't only happening here, on Hive, and has real consequences in the continuing imposition of global technocratic tyranny by people that openly state they desire to reduce the global population by ~90%. Because Hive is not able to be used by people to speak freely and enable us to oppose IRL oppression, uncountable people will suffer and die.
I do not expect you to change your mind, or even to take anything I have said seriously - or even bother to read it. But, I am providing you the opportunity to demonstrate good character and act hereafter to succor humanity and enable Hive to serve them to discuss the threats we face and how to overcome them, because you might.
Regardless of what you do, I have appreciated the opportunity to speak with you reasonably. I don't know much about Poland and it's holidays, but yesterday was Thanksgiving here, and it is a day to feast with family and friends and be grateful for the good things, good friends, and good company we are blessed by.
