I agree with everything stated in this proposal; slowly reducing the HBD APR is the best approach, in a phased manner.
With regard to the DHF, many take advantage of it to finance "PROJECTS," but there should be much stricter control, especially if they do not bring real results in terms of growth in the user base, wallets, and investments in any of the HIVE-based projects.
The reality is that too much is spent and no results are delivered. There are no new investors, no new users here, and if there are, 90% or more do not stay.
In any case, I hope this is taken into account, because if printing is not controlled, the fate of Hive is clear: it will fall to historic lows, and yes, the network will probably still be here, but everyone will look for another network without complications, and no one will want to develop here.
