No outside mechanic and randomly change rates was not smart from day one. Also for investors in HBD it would be random to make 20% today, 2% tomorrow and then again 12%.
It should move more like Central banks avg rate + x% to make it "better". Or at least it has move up and move down periods over months. They want to increase, it moves slowly up over 3 months. They want to put it down, same mechanic.
And to the waste, we know it for years. A big cartel runs hive with cycle jerks. It is not as centralized as promoted. 2 Voters make close to 40% of votes.
But this is good. let it hit 1 cent. So people that care can buy large stakes for nothing.
