I tend to have happy day to day interactions with my surrounding community. I smile at people when I walk around my neighborhood, I ask the grocery store clerks about their day, and care about their answers, and I drive wishing other drivers on the road blessings. Sometimes I encounter jerks in life. I stop, clear my energy, and move on with my happy self. I just let it go, no need to talk about it.
Sometimes, there's something going on in my life that is really annoying or hurtful, or sad, and talking about it to a person I love makes me feel better and more centered. Sometimes talking is important. Sometimes we just need to let go.
