Writing in a journal with a nice pen, making something crafty, and sitting by the water ALWAYS make me feel better.
Sometimes a funny movie, a good cry, or a massage do the trick.
Rarely does sugar, or alcohol help me - the immediate swollen fingers and the highs and lows make me feel better and then drop lower.
What does it for you?
What ALWAYS works?
What sometimes works?
What seems like it would work but really doesn't?
Knowing your toolkit is another way of knowing yourself, out loud.
Unlike you most time sitting down in a bar that is noisy with just water does it ,it helps me to think more irrespective of the noise coming for the place, their are time I try to read novel or books to actually get inspiration ,but it does not work as do lose concentration most times, but meditation too seems to help me alot, cause I do get inspired from that part too,but unlike when am in a noisy place most especially a bar or relaxation center
That's lucky of you, that you can be in a noisy place and find relaxation.
Thank you for being here again.
