I thought getting a new iPad would make my work go faster, but… not really. I started putting together drink recipes for the café, and then decided to add little illustrations. That’s when things got complicated, and now I’m completely off track.
One morning, on my way to work, my husband texted me: “I can’t find my wallet! Can you beep the AirTag?”
But of course, the AirTag wouldn’t connect. 😑
While I was scrambling to figure out how to help, I found cool looking clouds so I decided to take a photo and then some random old man started talking to me. He started talking about clouds, weather and somehow we ended up on marshmallows. He would not let me go. 😭
When I finally got to work, Boss#1 was so excited about brewing beer and just couldn’t stop talking about it. I just hope that beer yeast bubbling away doesn’t explode… A while ago, a jar of herbs soaking in alcohol for making tincture suddenly shattered and scared me real good.
While I was cleaning up (and for the record, I didn’t break it, it exploded on its own), Boss#1 was busy sharing the security camera footage of the explosion with his friends. Too. Much. Freedom.
And then when I got home…I found another free spirit in the house.
My younger daughter came home late after hanging out with friends. That’s fine, I knew about it. But what on earth was she wearing?!?! Who goes out in t-shirt when it’s 6 to 13°C outside?!?!
Are you trying to catch a cold?! I started scolding her but halfway through, I just ran out of energy. 😂
Here is iced cortado, my daughter made for me.
I caught a cold instead. My daughter covered my shift on the weekend at the cafe…

iPadを新しくしたので作業がサクサク進むかと思ったのに、意外とそうでもなく。カフェ用のドリンクレシピをまとめ始めたら、イラストを付けたくなってしまい、気づけば面倒なことに。完全に脱線中です。
この日は通勤中、旦那ちゃんから「お財布が見つからないからエアタグ鳴らして〜」と連絡が。でもなぜかエアタグが繋がらない😑
なんとか探せないものかとバタバタしていたら、面白い雲を見つけので、写真を撮って…そんなことをしていたら見知らぬオジサマが話しかけてきて…。雲の話から始まり、最近の天気、そしてなぜかマシュマロの話まで発展し、まったく放してくれない😭
勤め先に着いたら着いたで、ボス一号がビールを仕込んだとかで、これまた話が止まらない。ビール酵母がシュワシュワして爆発しなければいいけれど…。少し前に薬草のアルコール漬けの瓶が突然割れて怖かったんです。
後片付けでバタバタしている横で（壊したのは私じゃない。勝手に割れた）、その“割れた瞬間”のセキュリティカメラ映像を友達に送って楽しんでいるボス一号…。もお…自由すぎる。
そして家に帰ると、ここにも自由な人がひとり。
次女ちゃんが友達と遊んで遅く帰ってきました。遅いのは知っていたので良いとして、なにその格好！？気温６〜１３度の中、半袖ってどういうこと！？風邪引いたらどうするの！
…と、お説教を始めたのですが、途中で力尽きました。笑
こちらは次女ちゃんが作ってくれたアイスコルタード…私が風邪をひいて、カフェの週末のシフトを次女ちゃんが代わってくれたのでした。
一息入れてまた頑張ります。

お疲れ様です〜。人生いろいろありますよねー。ちょうどこちらでも最近この綿菓子雲を見たので（写真には撮らず）思わず嬉しくなりました。時間が違えど、一応同じ空を見ているのですよね。iPad 購入したのですね、私も近々パソコン買わなくてはならなそうです。次女さんの入れたコーヒー美味しそうです。
同じ空なんですよね〜忘れがちですが、思い出して、私も嬉しくなりました！ありがとうございます！
