DGB was the first to test and activate SegWit code. They are ready for atomic blockchain swap like BTC and LTC. They stopped working on code just before proposing it to CitiBank and selected finalist for a award. My guess is they are working on business relation now. Code's ready , finger crossed for a award. I hold my mining in hope of higher prices. DGB is breaking at the moment.
