What did dinosaur really look like? What kind of world did they live? How can we know?
The science that attempt to answer these questions is called paleontologists .A paleontologists studies fossil ,or the remains of living things that have preserved in rock and soil for over a million of year to learn what these living things may have be like, by piecing together a dinosaur skeleton we can see the basic shape and size of its body .then, by comparing the structure of its bones to those modern animal with similar structure ,we can reconstruct model of soft tissue that fleshed its body to get a surprisingly accurate picture of how these creator looked.
Furthermore, fossil of plant and the composition of stones can teach us what kind of environment dinosaur lived in .there are three basic period during which dinosaur lived. The first one is the Jurassic,a time of desert like climate and little vegetation, when the earth was recovering from the greatest mass extinction in the history. The next is the Jurassic which saw the largest dinosaur ever to walk the face violent volcanic eruption and some believe a catastrophic meteor collision that sent the earth into a deep freeze and the dinosaur into extinction.
