THE PRINCIPLES AND FUNCTIONING OF DIRECT AUTOGENOUS DEMOCRACY
Based on the principles of Freedom and Social Solidarity, we then outline the structures for a smooth functioning of a society free of oppression and exploitation
- THE PERMANENT ASSEMBLY OF THE PEOPLE (A.P.P)
It is the social organization in which all people without exclusions of any kind, who live in a municipality grouped in several basic councils, take part in an equal way of all the decisions of interest and of development of the municipality in permanent form.
The territorial, social and economic administration of the municipality is done in a permanent way by the totality of the inhabitants.
In order to function properly, the Permanent People's Assembly consists of the following basic organizations:
A. THE BASIC COUNCIL (C.B)
Formed with all the people that live in a block or a block of the city or in a sector of the field.
Between all the inhabitants make the decisions and then the results are sent to the Permanent Assembly of the Town, to join them to those of the other Base Councils being of this horizontal form permanently and by majority that all the decisions are taken in the Permanent Assembly of the town.
B. THE COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE (C.C)
It is formed by the people who count the votes and resolutions issued in the Base Council as well as the coordination in the different sectors of work existing in the Permanent Assembly of the Town, they serve as liaison and communication with other Base Councils without becoming never Representatives, being these members only messengers and coordinators of the Base Councils in their due work and will never be able to make decisions without being consulted to the Councils of Bases, always maintaining the horizontality of the decisions in the society.
These members of the Communication Committee are revocable coordinators of their appointment at any time, when elected by the majority of the population, these positions must be changed by new people continuously in short periods for the broad participation of all people, avoiding The emergence of rooted and permanent leaders, because in our society there are no leaders and leaders, all of the people run the society. - GENERALIZED SELF-ASSOCIATION ASSOCIATION (ASAG)
They exist in all the productive, service and distribution centers of the whole society where there are 2 or more people working, and they are formed by all the people that work in these productive centers or of services
These associations lead the management of all productive activities, through a system of Non-Competitive Self-Management, through the use of the collective of all means of production, distribution and exchange in society.
The Associations of Generalized Self-Management will ally themselves freely with other associations, both within the municipality and with the associations of other municipalities and always in close coordination and collaboration with the Permanent Assembly of the People.
The associations produce for the benefit of all the people without competing between them.
The slave-labor system will never be allowed, which only leads to the exploitation of the human by another human.
The Associations of Self-management, in continuous search for the equality of the human being, allow all the workers to perform, through Permanent Rotations, both manual work and intellectual and organizational work, thus suppressing the Hierarchical Division of Social Work, since this Leads to domination and privileges - ALLIANCE OF PERMANENT ASSEMBLIES OF THE PEOPLE
It is a Federation that does not have a specific organizational structure and only works for the free and spontaneous solidarity between the Permanent Assemblies of the People, with some kind of liaison, communication and coordination between them. - GENERAL PRINCIPLES
The principles that govern our society are of SUPRECION OF ANY FORM OF AUTHORITY, therefore, we say that, in the Permanent Assembly of the Town, all the people govern and no one is governed, therefore there is no formal structure of government and no There is state, only a self-government through the direct action of all the people in the direction of society.
The existence of political power is not allowed, nor is the existence of political parties allowed
In the system of AUTOMOTIVE DIRECT DEMOCRACY, the existence of a representative system that supersedes the direct action of the entire people will not be allowed under any circumstances.
In the AUTOGENOUS DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY, the delegation of power belonging to the whole population to private persons or groups is not allowed. This NO DELEGATION OF POWER is the difference between our Democratic Self-managing system and representative and participatory or Republican systems, since in our society , All power is of the totality of the people and this one is not delegated.
Nor is it accepted an organization of institutions of the Republic
THE PERMANENT DIRECT ACTION OF ALL THE PEOPLE, THE NON-DELEGATION OF POWER, THE GENERALIZED SELF-MANAGEMENT, THE NON-EXISTENCE OF INSTITUTIONS OF THE REPUBLIC, NON-STATE EXISTENCE, THE COLLECTIVITY OF ALL MEANS OF PRODUCTION, NON-EXISTENCE OF POLITICAL POWER, THE NO EXISTENCE OF POLITICAL PARTIES, SUPPRESSION OF ANY FORM OF AUTHORITY, NON-REPRESENTATIVENESS AND AN ECONOMY OF NON-COMPETITIVE SELF-ESTABLISHMENT is what distinguishes and differentiates our system from AUTOGENOUS DIRECT DEMOCRACY from other systems, including those popularly called Popular. - SOCIAL CLASS
Social classes have been merged into one through Generalized Self-Management throughout society, through the Generalized Self-Assisted Associations and the Permanent Assemblies of the People, which are federated and coordinated, where the People are in their entirety Digesting all their affairs without class divisions - THE ECONOMY OF THE PERMANENT ASSEMBLY OF THE PEOPLE
Our economy is governed on the basis of data provided by census statistics, creating a balanced load economy in order to direct, fix and distribute production covering the needs of all inhabitants of the Permanent People's Assembly, as well as the Trade of mutual support between the different assemblies belonging to the Alliance of Permanent Assemblies of the People obtaining security of delivery, and free access to the availability of goods, services and resources for all inhabitants, eliminating the shortage.
Initially the product of everyone's work must belong to everyone equally; But as progress is made in the system of direct self-management democracy, the basis of exchange will be of each according to their capacity to each according to their need, the latter being the ultimate goal to which the entire society is directed and to which will be reached Either immediately or progressively so depending on the particular circumstances within each Permanent Assembly of the People - THE RESOURCES

All the land belongs in common to all the inhabitants of the permanent assemblies of the town, therefore, the land can only be cultivated collectively, since the land can not have a private owner. - AGRICULTURE AND INDUSTRY
All the means of production in agriculture and industry belong in common to all the inhabitants of the Permanent Assembly of the Town where they are located.
The combination of agriculture and industry will be made, the working positions between agriculture and industry will be rotated, to make the opposition between the countryside and the city disappear. - GENERAL SERVICES
The services that are general for the entire population, will be available and will be in charge of the permanent assembly of the town, as well as in coordination with other permanent assemblies of the town.
Health and education services are always available to all people - JUSTICE
The acts of distribution of justice are applied by the basic councils and the permanent assemblies of the people, through the methods chosen by themselves. - THE PROPERTY
In our society there is no private property expropriating collective property and only the property of individual use of things is allowed for personal use.
All property shall be collective or in common with other inhabitants - RIGHT
Hereditary law is not allowed in society.
Our society is not governed by laws; Is governed by popular agreements preferably by consensus emanating from the Permanent People's Assembly. - PEOPLE'S SAFETY
No permanent armed organization exists, nor is it allowed in society, only transitorily self-defense agencies of the same town in cases of external aggression, which will dissolve after the emergency.
The safety of people is the responsibility of the same people Self-organized socially for safety.
No armed corps separated from the village and permanent like the army and the police will be allowed. - AUTHORITY
In society this is forever destroyed by the principle of authority that only leads to oppression and exploitation of the population in general and to the domination of the human over the human, so that no form of private power will ever be allowed in society. The result of the decisions taken at the Permanent Assemblies of the People shall be placed in a public place in a mandatory manner, with the details of the outcome of each Base Council, so that the people can take control of their own decisions. - FREEDOM
There is freedom of expression, where you practice listening and open dialogue.
Consensus is also sought, without condemning anyone for expressing different opinions to the majority.
No discrimination is accepted or intolerance is allowed to other persons for different conditions of choice or choice or options other than most
We reject all kinds of violence towards citizens to change their opinion, we reject the use of any type of coercion on the population, all based on the fact that Freedom is primarily Collective. - EQUALITY AND FREEDOM OF GENDER OR SEXUAL PREFERENCE

In society people live with respect for life, dignity and freedom, both individual and collective, based on social solidarity, Mutual Support and the principles of human coexistence.

Society is governed by the ethics of the common good over other interests. - CONCLUSION
We have set out in this document the basic structural points for society to function in a precise, harmonic and libertarian way.
These points should be broadly developed, expanded and implemented by all participants in the Permanent Assemblies of the People.
We have left social organizations completely free to determine further details of their work and operations.
Likewise, society has absolute freedom for another form of social structure, as long as a representative system is not used that supplants the direct action of the people, and respect for direct democracy, self-management and active participation of all The inhabitants, without allowing the decision-making in the society to separate from the total participation of the population as superior instance or superstructure of a few, or even to be elected by a large majority.
