It is nearing Easter, and I am definitely missing the Disney Resort Easter eggs this year -- it was one of my favorite annual traditions living in Florida!
Each year, several of the resorts (most notably the Grand Floridian, the Contemporary Resort, and the Yacht and Beach Club) feature impressive displays of fanciful and decorative Easter eggs created by the Disney confectioners. And of course, many of the eggs showcase beloved Disney stories.
This one from a couple of years ago (found in the Yacht and Beach Club's display) was all about Aladdin. You could see the great castle of Agrabah on one side...
...and the Cave of Wonders on the other!
And of course it was topped off by a fondant figure of Aladdin and Jasmine taking a magic carpet to see "a whole new world."
Admit it, now you're singing that song in your head. 😉
