Today I am teaching my method of making carbon fiber parts for my car. *****ATTENTION***** We WILL be listing HANDMADE carbon fiber parts on a4trmrkt.com including diffusers and canards
Materials:
Carbon Fiber Weave
Epoxy Resin
Non-stick solution like wax
Mold
Brush

Create the mold of whatever you want cast in carbon fiber

Coat the inner part of the mold in the non-stick solution so that the carbon fiber won't stick to the mold

Mix the epoxy resin depending on the ratio expressed in the directions and lay a coat on the mold

Lay the carbon fiber on the mold and adjust so that no air bubbles or folds are present

Add more layers of carbon fiber and epoxy depending on your desires

Wet sand with various grit until you have a mirror finish
Fellow fiberglasser here :) well not so much anymore but once youre in, youre in for life haha
