Amazing. I am delegating 5000 HP right away. I believe that for Proof of Brain to work upvotes must be given simply because someone enjoyed the post, not to maximize curation rewards. The fact that the project is non-profit is great.
Edit- I apparently did not have enough mana for a 5000 HP delegation so I delegated 4000 HP instead.
