Most of us can see that the current trajectory of politics is to carry us off the edge of civility and into the abyss of all out war.
The powers that shouldn't be are beating the drums and pulling the puppet strings to profit from killing people that just want to be left alone to mine crypto and raise their kids.
If you think that you can wall yourself off and kill marauders from inside your bunker, you may want to take into consideration what the father of modern survivalism had to say about that.

In most urban centers there are police officers who are just waiting for the SHTF scenario so that they can take over by force.
I hope that the urbanites do not make it out their coffins... i mean cities, because it is damn hard to survive. It is even harder to survive while teaching another hungry mouth to garden.
The thing i hate most is that preppers will be called hoarders... so it becomes appropriate to take away their preparations. Can't the grasshoppers just go off and die by themselves? quietly?
