I love the meat grinder. Especially when you have game meat in the freezer

I usually keep my trimmings when I prepare a brisket or roast. Then use that fat to add to sausages/burgers when making them.

I have some deer meat waiting and purposefully cut for grinding, will probably do some burgers next week :)
