This is what we had for dinner yesterday.
We took one of the King Kole we shot and made a Poke from it. (We will post a complete video soon).
The base of the salad is a mix of Lettuce and Mizuna.
We topped it with Ranch Dressing and then some of the King Kole Poke.
We tossed it all up and had our King Kole Poke Salad where almost all of the ingredients were from our garden and the ocean.
It was delicious.
