DIY 106: The Cactus Plushie

in #diy6 years ago (edited)

Hello dearies! It is me again c",) I am back for another DIY session! I loved the feedback I got from my last week's DIY 105: The Ice Cream Plushie. So I decided to create a new one for today's DIY. Hope you'll like this too! ^_^

Things you need:

Instructions:

1.) Make a sketch of a cactus on a piece of paper (I used an old newspaper - recycled it!), cut it out and then put it on top of your fabric sketch it again and cut your fabric out. Side note, I used a printed fabric here and not the usual color green with thorns for a cactus. Hope it is alright with you all.

2.) Now start your sewing.

3.) Once you're done, put out the "right side" outside and the "wrong side" inside.

4.) It's filling time! Fill your cactus with cotton.

5.) After filling, close the bottom part of your cactus by folding both sides and then sew them together.

...and you are done!

All pictures are mine and were taken using my iPhone 6

And that's all folks! Hope you enjoyed it! Until next time!
