how long total is it going to take as you plan ?
people say its ezsier to build a house from scratch than fixing an old one.
at least its cheaper for sure.
but at this point its more a passion and you realise how so many details can curve time and most people who did this on their own take double time than intended.
its so normal, but when you are overwhelmed just step back, i think its better to continue with will and fun than thinking " i ll never do this again "
