I Get My Oats Every Morning!

Thisis what Ieat for breakfast every morning. Oats! keeps me feeling full for hours and such a healthy food and full of energy. Easy and quick.

 

One thing about this BBC article though, I'd suggest NOT using coconut milk as it's full of saturated fats.

wow! this is very yummy and so nutritious breakfast i love oatmeal with just powdered milk mixed with sygar and water ,❤️

Hmm I've eaten it just once and since then i never ate it again, don't know why though

very healthy and energetic breakfast. it is yummy.

This food is popular in which country? Or I should say peculiar.
