The university provides full scholarship, monthly allowance, health insurance and accommodation for ALL admitted students. Naturally the numbers are high. Actually I am surprised the numbers didn't go into hundreds of thousands.
If students have to pay for all of the above, the enrollment would probably be less than 10% of the current figures!
