Find it hard sell as there is LinkedIn who is way ahead of this data analytics when it comes to resumes. Furthermore what is the point of a blockchain if resumes are suppose to continue updating as one goes through his or her career? Blockchain to store data but data that is obsolete in a few years do not necessarily need to be archived.
