I dont know what it ill take to change the way we are! I had bees occupying a wall here on the cabin but now they have moved on this year so I can repair the damage!

If bees get into your house walls a professional bee keeper should have the equipment and tools to capture that hive with minimal damage to your house and they may be able to salvage some comb honey from your walls. Your house insurance should be contacted they may pay you on a claim for house damage??? Don't know we have only had to remove a few soffits to remove a hive from a couple of different house and an old barn the farmer was going to be demolished. We mostly have to remove swarms from trees in city yards. My father had some empty hive equipment that had died off in the winter before. We were sitting in the backyard taking a break from gardening about this time of year I heard a noise behind us and here was a swarm on the move the acient one opened the bottom board on his empty equipment and the swarm found there way in over the next hour. Ironically enough they produced about 14kgs (30lbs) more honey than the hive that wintered over beside them that summer. A stroke of luck for a bee keeper, but and nuisance for everybody else. Another good tip is if you see a cloud of bees coming your way above the 40th parallel N they are probably so full of honey when swarming they can not sting so just be cool they are on a mission to find a new dwelling and you don't interest them although the theory is not 100%. just unlikely to land on you to sting.
On the other side south of the 40th parallel to South America they could be killer bees which have been known to migrite as far north as the 38th parallel. They are vicious so beware in the very southern US, central and south America. In this zone call pest control and have them destroyed, by pros. It may cost a few days in a hotel but they don't call them killer bees for nothing, they are in the same class as wasps or worse. I think you are relatively safe in Europe, Asia, Africa and of course down Under but check with pest control pofessions before you ripp your walls down. In this area most pro and semi-pro beekeepers will remove them quiet reasonably and with minimal damage. Just be cautious around the 40th N and southward.
If you do get stung by a bees remember to remove the stinger the little black sliver looking thing near where it hurts, it should scrape out with another finger nail backing it out the opposite way pointy end towards the larger end. Try not to curse the little critter to bad he is preventing arthritis from setting in although pharmicutical companies won't tell you about this, but we know of no bee keeper that has arthritis, even one old fellow in the valley that was 98 years old when he passed. It definetly was not from arthritis. My father made an offer to his family because none of them wanted to start bee keeping. They were health and good honey producer for a few years.
On the other hand if any body in your family is show signs of alot of allergies they could be deveping an allergy to bee venum so 'bee' wise and talk to your family doctor and get his recommendations on treating a person that is allergic, talk to your neighbors and make sure they and you are prepared because the odd person may not even know if they have developed an allergy to bee stings, some may severely react to a sting if so get medical attention immediately. You may be dealing with the last few minutes of there life. That is why you should be prepared. (E.g.) A new neighbor of ours came with a standing continuing prescription for an eppy pen and some pills which has to be renewed every 6 month he doesn't visit us much but we go over there for Saturday morning coffee sometime so get organized and protected because of the good and bad in nature.
