Virginia is taking the high and wise road when it comes to handling legalizing cannabis inside its borders.
The governor has introduced a bill to decriminalize cannabis and to begin the long road to legalization through this path.
This is reassuring and the proper way to proceed. Yeah for states' rights!

At least VA is doing the right thing by looking to DECRIMINALIZE cannabis. Too bad they want to CRIMINALIZE gun owners. Guess they want the citizens to only be a little 'free'.
