I will give @jerrybanfield a tiny bit of credit for getting our minds off crypto coming down like a guillotine and being able to warn us about how you might break your own back trying to deep throat yourself.
The fact that those higher powered accounts are voting for Jerry's witness isn't any real surprise. That is one of the issues with Delegated Proof of Stake even though I think overall the system makes sense. It can become a little bit of a cartel.
High powered accounts will stick together with high powered accounts. This is true for the content that is posted and the witness voting.
But overall we have a lot of positive things going on here and with the other Delegated Proof of Stake blockchains.
I would like to point out this is just a fact of life and power, but with these blockchains we are able to at the least see the activity when these powers move in unison. It's a start I guess, but can't stop cartels, if people want to band together, they just will.
Yeah it is true. Monetary success attracts monetary success. They will always rub shoulders with each other.
