Glad to see that "watching" is updated LIVE.
What I would like to see is:
Notification. Like for example if someone is 1st time on your stream once there is a notification, there should be some sort of a switch that they can turn on notifications like e-mail notification (request for them to chose an e-mail).
DLive App with notifications would be the bast so that people could be notified about the stream on their phones.

If you look up any of our posted schedules under our blog you can access the dlive schedule google calendar. You can then add individual streams that are on the schedule to your personal calendar.
I know this isn't ideal but you can also follow (from the dlive site.. Not just steemit!) and will have your subscribed feed.
I know that is not exactly what you are looking for and is just a work-around but, If I had to guess, I would imagine your suggestion is already in the works.
