Have you tried Homegrown Smoker in Portland? I ate there a couple weeks ago, and was shocked at how healthy the ribs were, I was expecting hella deep fried something, and instead it was more lightly fried than I expected. Puyallup, Washington has the best vegan ramen I've had. Also the all vegan sushi place in San Fran has awesome ramen.
