Una iniciativa que viene
En este vídeo podemos ver a @ilazramusic cantando y disfrutando junto a @kimugas23 y @jotadiaz12 minutos antes de grabar su vídeo, de hecho hacen un pequeño ensayo para las cámaras y luego Ilazra comienza una pequeña entrevista en la que hace que entremos un poco más en confianza con este par de artistazos. Eso nos dio una idea.
Vamos a estar desarrollando un programa en el que nuestro querido Ilaz va a entrevistar músicos de Venezuela para darles difusión, luego les hablaremos sobre ese proyecto.
An incoming iniciative
In this video we can see @ilazramusic singing and enjoying with @kimugas23 and @jotadiaz12 minutes before recording the video, in fact they do a little rehearsal for the cameras and then Ilazra starts a small interview in which he makes us go a little bit more in confidence with this couple of artists. That gave us an idea.
We'll be developing a program in which our beloved Ilaz will interview musicians from Venezuela to broadcast them, then we'll talk about that project.

The Talent Club (@talentclub)
Este es un súper proyecto que apoya a los talentos que pertenezcan a su club. Es decir, son un grupo de autores de calidad que llegaron a ese club exclusivo delegando parte de su SP y recibiendo recompensas equivalentes a dicha delegación.
@dresden es el creador de este proyecto y es la persona que siempre se encarga de que todo salga como es debido. Actualmente el @talentclub tiene buenas relaciones con proyectos como @helpie, @steempress-io, @equipocardumen, etc. Es un proyecto en el que se puede apostar fuertemente.
This is a super project that supports the talents that belong to the club. They're a group of quality authors who came to this exclusive club delegating part of their SP and receiving equivalent rewards to that delegation.
@dresden is the creator of this project and is the person who always takes care that everything goes as it should. Currently, the @talentclub has good relations with projects like @helpie, @steempress-io, @equipocardumen, etc. It's a project in what you can put your effort.

Este es un proyecto que está actualmente trabajando como comunidad derivada de uno de los proyectos de curación más pesados de Steemit, si, hablamos de @curie. Se encargan de curar contenido de calidad de autores de habla-hispana y están en crecimiento constante, son un proyecto que a futuro dará mucho qué hablar.
This is a project that is currently working as a sub-community from one of Steemit's heaviest healing projects, yes, we're talking about @curie.
